Cambridge Diet day 1… Let’s go!

So at 7am I had my first 500ml of water, not the scrambled eggs and toast I was after but nonetheless refreshing! It’s the school holidays so this week should be a great starting point before going back to work next week. Hopefully I haven’t cracked by then. I need to shift this 4 stone pronto!

It’s 9am time for another 500ml of water and breakfast… Strawberry milkshake, hmmm
